 Q3. How can I have a Performa Invoice/ Quotation from you?
A. You can have the pricing either by giving us the list of your requirement by Fax or email. Email is preferred as it is fast, clear and easier to process. You can also prepare order/ requirement list directly from our website www.indianscientificgoods.com . Just search the item that you want and click at the button that says “Give me lowest price”. Important While asking for a quote please do mention the quantity, destination/port and mode of shipment. It will help us process the information faster.

Q4. How can I place an order on "My Target Prices”?

A. We at DIVINE INTERNATIONAL (www.indianscientificgoods.com) give a unique facility to our clients to place orders at their own target prices for the items they require. After having your target prices our pricing department does all the backward calculations in order to achieve your target prices exactly or as closely as possible. For utilizing this facility simply give us your list with recommended target prices. Our pricing department will revert back to you within shortest time.

 Q5. Can you quote for products which are not listed on your website?

  1. Yes, we do supply items which are not listed on our website. Just write to us with your requirement. We will source the product for you and give you the lowest price for the same.

Q6. Can you manufacture products as per our specification?

A. Yes we can manufacture products as per your specification or End-user's specification, need and design. We can change the present specifications, design and parameters of our products to suit all tenders & requirements. Generally no development charges are levied. We appreciate your providing us sample, photograph or catalogue in case of tailor made items required by you, in absence of these, a detailed specification and purpose of item will help us to manufacture the item for you. For development or enquiry of any product not mentioned in our database please contact directly.

 Q7. Can you print my company’s logo or my BRAND on the products?

A. All orders can be supplied with the goods having your logo / Brand if required. For this a graphic file either in .jpg or .gif extension will be required which can be sent by email. There is no extra cost for this facility. However we expect you to order a considerable quantity to blanket the cost of putting your logo on the product.

Q8. Can I have free samples of Products?

A. Some samples (up to a certain price value) are given free to our regular clients having business exceeding US$10,000.00 in a financial year. For regular clients having smaller size business the samples are free, only the shipping cost is borne by the client. For first time or occasional clients the samples are sent on payment of full cost of samples and shipping. But the cost of sample is deducted from the amount of final order in any case. Thus Samples are free.

Q9. What is the minimum order that you ship?

A. We at DIVINE INTERNATIONAL (www.indianscientificgoods.com) treat all orders (big / small) as equal. Our small buyer is as good as a big buyer. For economical benefits of the buyer we suggest that orders should not be less than US$500.00. Since shipping across the seas is expensive we suggest our small buyers to select a variety of products from our comprehensive database and place a minimum order worth US$500.00 at least. It is for the benefit of the buyer. For Sea shipment minimum freight charged is for 1CuM or 1M³, we suggest an order of at least this dimensions should be placed, which may be an assortment of various items. For Air Shipment minimum freight charged is for 10-20kg depending on destination, we suggest an order of at least this weight should be placed, which may be an assortment of various products.

Q10. How can I pay for my order?

  1. We accept orders above US$10000.00 with Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit as per mutually agreed terms payable at sight. For orders less than US$10000.00 the payment can be made by duly signed Swift/ Wire transfer (telegraphic transfer), demand drafts, and Traveler Cheques. Swift/ Wire transfer (telegraphic transfer) is the most convenient for you and for us.

Full advance Payment: This method is most convenient for small orders as it minimizes the bank charges involved in other methods of payment. You may send payment by cheque or bank draft favoring 'DIVINE INTERNATIONAL' to our Postal Address, or you may send Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Wire Transfer to our Bankers under intimation to us. Swift/ Wire transfer (telegraphic transfer) is the most convenient for you and for us.

Part Payment in Advance: For bulk orders, we expect that you send 35% value in advance. Balance payment is payable against delivery of documents through your bank. This method involves bank charges which are payable by the customer.

Letter of Credit: We accept Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight against bulk orders. All bank charges as per the terms of Letter of Credit must be to the account of the buyer.

Q11. What currencies I can pay in?

A. We prefer dealing in United States Dollars (US$), Euros, Sterling Pounds. But dealing in other currencies can also be considered if necessary to do so.

Q12. Which modes of shipment are employed?

A. The shipments are effected by the most convenient manner after evaluation of Delivery time/ Urgency, Destination, Weight, Volume and Economy. For example small and sample shipments are sent by Courier (TNT, DHL, ARAMEX, UPS, FEDEX, and SKYCOM) or EMS (SPEEDPOST) or REGISTERED MAIL/POST. Medium size and high price to weight ratio goods are sent by Airfreight. Large size and low price to volume ratio goods are shipped by Sea freight.

Q13. What options do I have for paying freight charges?

A. The Performa Invoice is made as per the instructions of client such as C&F: Cost and Freight, CIF: Cost Insurance and Freight, FOB: Free on Board. In FOB shipments we can ship by the client's chosen AIRLINE. For FOB shipments we can ship in "TO PAY" mode (freight payable at destination by the consignee) for destinations which have facility for this mode. Otherwise we request the client to remit the freight after preparing the shipment and having exact freight charges from the concerned airlines, then the shipment is effected PREPAID. Small or sample shipment can also be sent on freight collect basis as per the arrangement of client with Courier Companies such as TNT, ARAMEX, DHL and FEDEX etc. (For this you must provide us your account number with the nominated Courier Company.)

Q14. What warranty I get on Products?

A. Every product from DIVINE INTERNATIONAL (www.indianscientificgoods.com) has a warranty of one year from date of shipment against manufacturing faults. Any damage or malfunction must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Q15. What about Packaging for Export Consignment?

A. Each item is packed in polythene bag or Bubble sheet and put in Sturdy strong corrugated cartons & then finally placed in AIR/SEA Worthy Outers/Cases/Cartons. Waterproof polythene lining is put For protection from dampness. After this the outer is stripped from All sides using corner reinforcing bands to prevent damages. Sufficient cushioning with Styrofoam flakes/balls/sheets wherever Required to save from any damage. Laboratory Glassware is Given special attention.

A. It normally takes 45 – 90 days depending on the port of shipment, quantity & nature of indent from the date of Receipt of the confirmed order and Operative L/C in our hand.

Q17. How to work with you to participate in World Bank Tenders/Global Tenders/ICB?

A. You can participate /Quote on your own & we will give you our Quotations to you then you can add your legitimate profit & other Incidental charges & bid. We will give you Authorization letter & Certificates etc. Samples can be provided at special prices. The freight shall be paid by you.
